I personally like #5 - Always be ready for change. Sometimes, people tend not to change. They always want to keep to their old selves. As a matter of fact, I have the same problem too. Sometimes, I know I am not a good person very much. But I do try to take the effort to turn things around.

Point #6 also makes a lot of difference in people's life. - Forget about the things that don’t count.
Many people always look into the past and they keep all the hatred the have towards something/someone. And they keep it till they die. Which makes things really bad.

Nice post there. I'll subscribe to your blog. I enjoy ready your articles. Thanks!

Steven -- I just connected to you this week on Twitter. I resisted this social media platform thinking it was lame and child's play. I'm glad a friend of mine helped me to see it from a different viewpoint. I've read some great articles and like your step-by-step analyses of being in the flow. You are correct: Flow is not something that is cultivated overnight. It is a constant work-in-progress, and it requires a conscious effort to build it.____It's well worth the effort. Last night I was taking a super bath and after a LONG time soaking and reheating the water, I was so relaxed I heard the drip from the faucet hitting the bath water. Then I was intrigued that the drips were not the same each time. I smiled to myself because I was in the simplicity of the experience. I slept better last night than I have in months! It's very timely to read your blog today and verify what's happening...!__
