Mindfulness Coaching is a 30 day program teaching individuals one-on-one how to meditate, how to apply mindfulness throughout their daily lives, and how to use their internal resources to improve well-being, as well as achieve personal goals.

More and more research is now showing how effective mindfulness can be toward mental health and self-improvement. It is a core component to Positive Psychology, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and Emotional Intelligence. Mindfulness isn’t only a useful skill for those who suffer from severe anxiety, stress, or depression, but also for everyday, healthy people who just to live more fulfilling lives.

Throughout the coaching program you will learn how to apply mindfulness in a variety of ways:

  • To improve emotional intelligence and well-being.
  • To improve motivation, productivity, and achieving goals.
  • To improve relationships.
  • To improve health.
  • To improve behavior change and bad habits.

Before starting the coaching I will have you sign a “Confidentiality & Security” form to ensure that nothing you tell me will ever be shared with anyone else, whether private or public. This form will also state that none of these services are expected to replace professional psychotherapy. If you have a serious mental disorder, you should seek a professional psychiatrist or therapist. Mindfulness coaching can be used as a worthy supplement, but it shouldn’t be expected to replace psychiatric medicine. If you already have a therapist, ask him or her if mindfulness coaching is right for you.
