Compassion towards enemy is very hard to do. But if you have a compassion towards your foes you'll feel a different kind of fulfillment in your life. This meditation techniques helps.

Nothing is harder than developing compassion towards ones enemies, especially when that enemy is developed through something heinous.
It took me over a decade in one particular case to do this. But from that experience I can tell you that it was well worth it for the peace I feel today. If you want that peace, you have to work for it. Nobody said it was going to be easy.
