We all go through “awkward phases” throughout our self improvement, especially during early stages of learning a new skill, habit, or hobby.

Black and white thinking is our tendency to look at the world in terms of “all or nothing.” This strict and stubborn perspective can become the cause of many problems in our lives because it often represents a false view of reality.
There’s a right way and a wrong way to help people. It’s important to remember that even when you act with the best intentions, you don’t always know what is best for someone else.
